Job Title: Training Coordinator II

Location: Fort Worth TX

Duration: 11+ Months

Job Type: Contract

Maximum Submissions per Supplier : 3

Note : Two Interviews: one with the supervisor then a panel interview. Please ensure candidates that are submitted have experience in the below required skills and this is presented on the resume. Possess a strong working knowledge of Adobe Captivate and understanding Adobe create suite. Expert knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Must-Have Skills:

  • Experience developing and delivering end-user training for IT systems
  • Training module development and instructional design experience

  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear training materials
  • Experience conducting training in-person and via web conferencing

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Windchill PLM or similar enterprise applications
  • Adobe Captivate and Adobe Creative Suite experience
  • Experience working in multi-national or multi-cultural environments
  • Knowledge of training governance, version control, and change management

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Develop and implement scalable training plans, schedules, and course materials
  • Collaborate with technical SMEs to gather information and create training content
  • Deliver instructor-led and computer-based end-user training sessions
  • Develop and maintain application guides and supporting documentation
  • Manage training materials using version control and governance processes
  • Continuously improve training based on feedback, outcomes, and technology changes

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of training, education, or instructional experience
  • Experience training users on web-based or enterprise IT systems
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently with limited instruction
  • Flexibility to work across time zones and global teams
