Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate and nurture relationships to identify and secure new business opportunities.
Lead engaging sales presentations, set up introductory meetings, and follow up with clients to build long-term partnerships.
Network through various channels including social media, industry conferences, and direct outreach to grow your client base.
Collaborate with the operations team to create Statements of Work (SOWs) and detailed reports for clients.
Manage the onboarding process with new clients to ensure a seamless transition and high-quality service.

Qualifications:

At least 10 years of experience in the mortgage or due diligence industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a client-facing role.
Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry, capital markets, and the mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) landscape.
Experience with the mortgage due diligence process is highly valued.
Established relationships with hedge funds, investment banks, servicers, and mortgage originators are a plus.
Excellent networking, negotiation, and consulting skills, with a client-centric approach.
Ability to analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions that add value.
