Description
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized plaintiff personal injury legal secretary for a fully remote role. This candidate will be supporting a Phoenix based attorney and must know Arizona civil codes and procedures. This is a part-time, contract role and starts immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Directly supporting one attorney
- Maintaining and managing litigation calendar
- Utilizing Case Management Software, Clio, for efficient case handling
- Legal drafting, proofing, and formatting
- Email and phone correspondence

Requirements
- 3+ years of AZ personal injury experience
- 3+ years of e-Filing experience
- 3+ years of litigation calendaring
- comfortable with a part-time work schedule
