Welcome to the Global Mobility Team at BLAST!
At BLAST, we bring people together – across borders, stages, and time zones. Now we’re looking for a Global Mobility Consultant to join our Copenhagen office and help us ensure that our people can thrive wherever in the world our events take them.
You’ll be part of a small but passionate team of two colleagues, working closely with Travel, Finance, Legal, and Live Events to build and run a world-class mobility framework that supports BLAST’s global growth.
As our new Global Mobility Consultant, you’ll make it easier for people to move across borders with confidence – whether they’re employees, freelancers, or part of our extended network.
Your key responsibilities include:
Acting as an advisor on international hires and postings
Coordinating with P&O, Payroll, and external vendors (legal, tax, relocation)
Managing work permit and visa applications, incl. compliance and documentation
Providing guidance to cross-border employees and freelancers
Drafting invitation and support letters
Supporting the expansion of our Global Mobility hub and processes
Liaising with specialised legal counsels as needed
Handling admin tasks like budget tracking, PO creation, and updating WIPS
Taking on other ad hoc tasks as the need arises – flexibility is key!
You're an excellent communicator, a proactive problem-solver, and a trusted partner to your colleagues. You thrive in a dynamic environment, love the details, and care about creating smooth experiences for people on the move.
We imagine you have:
A degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance – or equivalent experience
1–3+ years of experience with international assignments and cross-border employment
Strong understanding of mobility processes and compliance
Solid experience working with Excel (e.g. data management, formulas, reporting)
Familiarity with tools like Smartsheet or similar is a plus
Proficiency in Excel/Smartsheet and reporting tools
Fluency in English (Danish is a plus, but not essential)
At BLAST, you’ll join a creative, collaborative, and international environment where no two days are the same. We’re proud of our culture – one where people are seen, heard, and encouraged to bring ideas forward.
Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll get:
A fast-paced and supportive workplace
Great colleagues
Flexible working conditions
Centrally located office in Copenhagen
Personal and professional development opportunities
Friday bars, social events, and access to world-class esports action
Ready to join us?
We’re excited to meet you. Apply now and help us shape the future of Global Mobility at BLAST.
