Fleet SupervisorAAA Northern New England is seeking a career-minded individual for our Fleet Supervisor opportunity in New Hampshire. The chosen candidate will be responsible for supervising all aspects of the Club's fleet territory as assigned. Responsible for promoting and supporting a safe work environment.Position Requirements:Coordinate and supervise repairs for fleet vehicles within territory. Assure safe and economical repairs, including but not limited to, working with external vendors, AAA Car Care Center, and the AAA Fleet mechanic.Responsible for the daily supervision of drivers within territory including but not limited to: employee corrective action, coaching, ensure policies and procedure are followed, promote safety initiatives, track attendance/punctuality, training, and other related functions.Monitor service levels, on-scene times, coverage, and overall service delivery by drivers within territory. Make recommendations for improvements and take corrective action when necessary.Schedule drivers ensuring adequate staffing. Limit use of overtime, ensuring driver safety.Field and resolve complaints related to drivers within territoryMaintain records for all fleet vehicles within territory, also responsible for inspecting and registering vehicles to ensure legally operable. Assure fleet vehicles are maintained in quality condition.Assist in the hiring, orientation and driver training.May function as a driver as needed basis scheduled by the Manager.QualificationsRequires experience in road service operations including driving and maintenance of tow vehicles and related equipment.Must have a thorough understanding of vehicle maintenance technology including but not limited to injection systems, alarm systems, tire pressure and troubleshooting.Must be familiar with vehicle specifications and costs.Must have previous supervisory experience and demonstrated success, including goal setting, feedback, performance reviews and corrective action, to name a few.SupervisionSupervises 35+ people directly.
