Job Description

We are looking for a Sushi Cook to join our culinary team and prepare delicious plates for our guests.

Sushi Cook responsibilities include:

• Handling a wide range of raw fish and other ingredients.
• Excellent knife skills for precise and delicate cuts of fish.
• A keen eye for detail in food preparation and presentation.
• Efficiently handling fast-paced and demanding environment, especially during busy periods.
• Clean and maintain equipment used in food preparation; maintain a sanitary workstation throughout shift.
• Assist with breakdown and cleaning of station at the end of the shift.
• Be a team player—support and assist your fellow team members whenever possible.
• Managing food stock and working with attention to detail to fulfill all orders within quality standards.
• Ensure that station is properly stocked and prepped each shift. Complete necessary prep as required.

Requirements:

• To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years experience preparing sushi in a high-volume restaurant.
