What You’ll Do:
• Oversee all accounting operations, reporting, compliance, and internal controls
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial dashboards
• Implement process improvements for scalability and accuracy
• Lead and mentor the accounting team
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven success as a Controller (commercial/industrial sector experience a plus)
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial systems expertise
• A hands-on leader who balances strategic oversight with operational detail
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
