Front Desk Receptionist – Join Our Dental Team!

Cedar Dental Care (Fremont, CA) is looking for a friendly, reliable, and career-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our close-knit team. If you have a positive attitude, enjoy helping people, and are interested in building a career in the dental field, we’d love to meet you!

We are willing to invest in training you if you are committed.

Schedule: 9am-6 pm.
Location: Fremont, CA

SATURDAY IS REQUIRED DAY TO WORK.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-in/check-out.
• Assist with insurance verification and billing support.
• Keep the front office organized and running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

• A great attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine smile.
• Reliability and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and grow in the dental field.
• Prior dental office experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate!
