**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** Join a global leader in air cargo logistics and be a part of a best-in-class ground handling team. This role involves handling cargo containers, moving boxes, and preparing them for distribution and loading onto planes. You will work in a dynamic team environment where physical activity is a key component. **Responsibilities** + Handle and move cargo containers. + Repack cargo containers for distribution and loading onto planes. + Work collaboratively in a team environment. + Stand on feet for extended periods. + Lift up to 75 pounds regularly. + Assemble and break down boxes as needed. **Essential Skills** + Ability to lift 30-70 pounds. + Ability to speak, read, and write English. + High school diploma or equivalent. + Capability to work in a fast-paced environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + No prior experience required. + Willingness to work indoors/outdoors in various weather conditions. + Steel-toed boots required (must cover the ankle). + Ability to pass TSA/Homeland Security and airport checks. + Non-DOT drug screen compliance. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement plan, and paid time off. Shifts include early mornings, afternoons, and nights, with flexibility required for weekends and holidays. Overtime may be available based on business demands. Steel-toed boots are a necessary part of the dress code. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
