KNOXVILLE STAFFING IS LOOK FOR A EXPERIENCED STRUCTURAL & MISCELLANEIOUS STEEL DETAIL WITH TEKLA 3D SOFTWARE.
OUR CLIENT IS A WELL ESTABLISHED STRUCURAL STEEL & MISCELLANEOUS FABRICATOR IN KNOXVILLE, TN. CERTIFIED IN AISC & AWS, IS CURRENTLY ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR A FULL-TIME STEEL DETAILER TO BECOME A MEMBER TO THEIR IN-HOUSE TEAM. THE APPLICANT SHOULD BE DETAIL ORIENTED AND POSSESS A THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE OF STRUCTURAL STEEL DETAILING PRACITCES AND ALL APPLICABLE AWS & AISC CODES. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH TEKLA 3D MODELING SOFTEWARE. WAGES DEPEND UPON EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION.
REQUIREMENTS: *ABILITY TO READ/INTERPRET STRUCTURAL AND ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS. *PRODUCTION OF SHOP DRAWINGS AND ERECTION PLANS. *ABILITY TO DO MISCELLANEOUS STEEL INCLUDING LADDERS, HANDRAIL, ROOF FRAMS, ETC. *CHECKING THE ACCURACY OF ACCURACY OF DRAWINGS PRODUCED BY SELF/AND OTHERS. *COMMUNICATE WITH PROJECT MANAGERS, OTHER DETAILERS, ENGINEERS, ERECTORS, ETC (IF REQUIRED). *KNOWLEDGE OF BUILDING CODES & REGULATIONS. *MANAGEMENT OF MULTIPLE PROJECTS AND ASSOCIATED DRAWINGS AND RFI'S. *SELF-MOTIVATED PERSON THAT WORKS WELL WITH OTHERS.
