Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST Integrations, Service Portal , and UI Builder . Experience with Customer Service Management (CSM) , NowAssist , and AgenticAI implementations is a strong plus, as is holding the ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) credential.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform to meet business and technical requirements.
Build and maintain Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies , and Integration APIs .
Develop and enhance Service Portal components, Catalog Items , Widgets , and Workflows .
Use UI Builder to design and configure modern, scalable, and intuitive user interfaces.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into robust ServiceNow solutions.
Support CSM (Customer Service Management) implementations with configuration, customization, and integration.
Explore and implement NowAssist and AgenticAI capabilities to drive automation, intelligence, and improved user experience.
Ensure all development adheres to coding standards, performance optimization, and platform best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues within ServiceNow applications.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
Strong expertise in Script Includes , Service Portal , and UI Builder .
Proficiency in JavaScript , HTML , CSS , and frameworks such as AngularJS or React for ServiceNow customizations.
Experience with ACLs , Service Catalog , Flow Designer , IntegrationHub , and Reporting/Dashboards .
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) .
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) .
Implementation experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) .
Exposure to NowAssist (GenAI) and AgenticAI features.
