About the Role

As Director of Marketing at Blue Aspen Marketing, you will lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, driving exceptional client outcomes through the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies. This is a senior leadership position requiring a polished and experienced individual with a proven track record of success in building and executing comprehensive marketing plans, fostering strong client relationships, and delivering impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and providing strategic guidance on marketing initiatives.
  • Lead client presentations, effectively communicating marketing strategies, outlining 90-day goals and strategic vision, and demonstrating clear value proposition.
• Team Management & Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of marketing professionals.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
• Operational Excellence:
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular account audits to ensure optimal campaign performance and identify new opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Client Success:
  • Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.
  • Exceed client expectations by consistently delivering high-quality work and measurable results.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust, transparency, and mutual success.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on SEO and paid media.
• Proven experience leading and managing high-performing marketing teams.
• Deep understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building.
• Expertise in paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads and social media advertising.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and other marketing automation tools.

Preferred:

• Experience with website development and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
• Leadership experience in a fast-paced, agency environment.
