Job Summary

Join the Levy Restaurants team at the United Center, the largest arena in the U.S. and home to the Chicago Bulls and Chicago Blackhawks. We’re hiring Sanitation workers to help maintain clean, safe, and guest-ready spaces across restaurants, concessions, clubs, and offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean all assigned offices and conference rooms (empty trash, dust, vacuum, clean countertops, sweep/mop floors).

• Perform detailed cleaning of all restaurants, all-inclusive clubs, and banquet facilities before events.

• Detail clean concession areas following events to ensure readiness for future operations.

• Drain, clean, and refill deep fryers and auto fryers; properly dispose of oil and pump into grease tanks.

• Clean hood systems, including removal and deep-cleaning of filters.

• Sanitize beer lines to meet food safety standards.

• Empty, clean, and sanitize ice makers.

• Disassemble, sanitize, and refill soft serve ice cream machines; ensure product is removed from the freezer beforehand.

• Clean and maintain all floor drains.

• Sanitize countertops and move equipment to clean underneath and behind surfaces.

• Clean and properly position floor mats in service areas.

• Assist with stocking and organizing supplies in storage rooms upon delivery.

• Report to Housekeeping Supervisor daily for assignments.

• Assist in facility-wide deep-cleaning projects, especially prior to city or state inspections.

• Perform miscellaneous housekeeping or sanitation duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:

This is a physically active position requiring the ability to:

• Stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods.

• Routinely lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
