### **Overview:**
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful **Sales & Marketing Outreach Coordinator** to support our daily growth operations. This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, confident on the phone, and organized with lead data. You will be directly involved in outbound prospecting, cold calling, scraping leads, engaging with prospects across platforms, and handling key administrative tasks to support our marketing and sales funnel.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
* **Lead Generation & Prospecting:**
* Identify and compile lists of target prospects using Google, online directories, and social platforms
* Research and qualify leads for outreach
* **Cold Calling & Outreach:**
* Make daily outbound calls and send follow-up emails to cold and warm leads
* Track communication and responses in our CRM system
* Schedule appointments for strategy calls or demos
* **Digital Communication & Engagement:**
* Interact with potential clients via social media, email, or web chat
* Respond to inquiries and maintain professional brand voice
* **CRM & Data Management:**
* Log all lead interactions, update statuses, and maintain clean, organized records
* Upload and segment lists for bulk email campaigns
* Assist with reporting and performance tracking
* **Virtual Assistant Support:**
* Perform general admin tasks such as inbox monitoring, calendar updates, and campaign setup
* Help prepare marketing materials, proposals, and outreach templates as needed
### **Qualifications:**
* 1+ year experience in sales, lead generation, or virtual assistant roles
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
* Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)
* Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet daily targets
* Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
