Alpin Haus is a premier outdoor recreation retailer, proudly serving customers with top-quality RVs, marine and powersports equipment, as well as ski and pool gear for over 60 years. Our mission is to help individuals and families embrace the great outdoors by providing expert guidance, exceptional products, and memorable customer experiences. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Camping Advisor to join our team!

Pay: $17 - $18/hour plus commission
Hours: 24 - 30 hours/week - must be flexible

• Delivery Day Support: Guide customers through hands-on RV walkthroughs on pickup day, showing them how to use and care for their unit.

• Accessory Sales: Recommend and sell essential camping gear tailored to each customer’s needs, highlighting comfort, safety, and convenience benefits.

• Customer Follow-Up: Check in with customers post-purchase (and non-buyers) to answer questions, build relationships, and encourage future sales.

• In-Store Support: Assist walk-ins, restock shelves, and maintain a clean, organized camping section.

• Team Collaboration: Work with sales, service, and parts teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay up to date on new products and industry trends.

• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused

• Comfortable with upselling and suggesting products

• Knowledgeable about RVs and camping gear (or eager to learn)

• A strong communicator and relationship builder

• Organized and able to multitask in a busy retail setting
