Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual (English & Spanish)
  • Administrative tasks such as filing, scanning (digitize documents), and data entry.
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
  • Order and supply materials.
  • Correspondence management and distribution.
Requirements: 
  • Associate degree in business administration or related field, preferred.
  • Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Customer service experience.
  • Must have excellent phone and in-person projection skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change by assisting customers.
  • Ability to create a professional and courteous environment.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm.
