Responsibilities: • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner • Team and individual sales and lead generation • Convert buyers • Convert showings to sales • Lead follow-up • Sales scripts and objection handler mastery • Set appointments Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • Can spend a large amount of time driving • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • A real estate license is required • Great communication • Sales experience • Must live within the greater Phoenix area About Company: The Carin Real Estate Network is rapidly expanding!
