Position –  Production Printing Specialist

Job Location –  Menomonie, WI

Starting Date –  Immediate

Employment Term –  Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type –  Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 2nd Shift (3:00pm – 1am)

Starting Pay – $15.50

We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals for our night shift printing team. As a Night Shift Printer, you will be responsible for operating and trouble-shooting printers, assembling orders, and ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and safely. You will work in a clean, organized, and supportive environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities

Operate machinery and equipment according to safety and quality standards

• Load and unload paper into commercial printers 
• Follow detailed work instructions and meet daily production targets
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions to supervisors 

Qualifications 

• Previous experience in a production or printing setting preferred, but not required
• Communicate effectively both written and verbal
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to work a full-time night shift schedule
