**Assistant Press Operator - Printing Press Helper**
Position: Assistant Press Operator
Shift: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Location: Outside of Alliance
Salary: $13.75 per hour

Duties:

• Place prepared cylinders into the press.
• Prepare cores and skids as required.
• Stage necessary supplies such as cartons and labels.
• Monitor and maintain ink levels in trays.
• Load rolls of film onto the printing press.
• Remove completed rolls from the press.
• Accurately record data including weight and impression count.
• Perform cleaning of ink trays and press during job changes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Demonstrate precise measuring skills.
• Lift up to 80 lbs when necessary.
• Maneuver safely around, between, and underneath machines and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented with accurate measuring skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to work the 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm shift.
• Experience in printing operations is a plus.

Must be able to work any shift, will train on 1st shift 6am-4pm and move to 2nd but could get bumped to 3rd. Cannot leave on lunch break, nicotine free-must be able to go whole shift with out smoking/chewing/vaping due to food industry standards. Must be able to lift 80 lbs..
