We are seeking a full time AM Pastry Assistant for a French restaurant in Santa Monica. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn while making modern interpretation of French classics such as St. Honoré, seasonal fruit tarts, laminated breads, plus gelato and sorbet.
We are a high-end modern French restaurant with a small team focused on creating amazing products for our guests. We aim to create a fun, dynamic, and innovative atmosphere in our kitchen. You will be working closely with our Pastry Chef and the Management Team.
The candidate should have a good attitude, can work independently, a strong work ethic, professional training and experience.
