Job Description

GG Talent Group is seeking a dynamic and driven Partnerships Associate to join our Game Developer Sales Department. In this role, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our agency by securing new game developer partnerships and maximizing revenue opportunities for our roster of gaming content creators. This position requires a strategic thinker who can build strong relationships with potential clients, identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, and contribute to the overall expansion of our agency’s footprint in the gaming industry. While this is a remote position, eligible candidates must be based in the United States and primarily available to work within Eastern/Central Time business hours.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
Eligible candidates must be located within the United States.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with game developers, agencies, and other potential clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brands, sponsors, and advertising agencies.
  • Create and present compelling sales proposals and pitches to potential clients, demonstrating the value of our talent roster and marketing campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions for both the agency and our creators.
  • Collaborate with talent managers to align sales strategies with the needs and goals of our content creators.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the gaming and influencer marketing sectors.
  • Regularly report on sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline status to senior management.
  • Occasionally support the campaign execution team during periods of high campaign volume, assisting with coordination and execution tasks to ensure seamless delivery of services. 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role, preferably in the gaming, digital media, or influencer marketing space.
  • Strong relationships in the gaming creator economy, with access to game developers/publishers and brand decision-makers and also high-performing content creators.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the gaming industry, influencer marketing, and social media platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of influencer marketing rates, campaign structures, and fee models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills both in-person and writing.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in sales and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • A passion for gaming and a deep interest in the creator economy.

Salary Range: $50,000-$70,000/yr depending on experience plus performance bonus.
