Seattle Maintenance Services - Immediate Hiring for Part-Time Night Janitor

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and restock supplies.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and physically capable of tasks.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
