Job Description

We're looking for an energetic and outgoing person to work the parking lot of our busy seasonal hotel. This team member will be responsible for directing guests, taking payment, helping with luggage, and general upkeep of the lot and grounds. This job is outside mostly, keeping track of parking spaces, helping guests with luggage and taking payments for parking. This is part-time, 16- 20 hours a week, and $16 hr. Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the parking lot is clean and presentable at all times
• Processing payment and cash handling
• Understanding equipment, square, HVAC, locks, TVs, chemicals, and fire extinguishers
• Helping guests and the public with directions, luggage ,or other assistance
• Emptying trash and recycling with housekeeping

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift heavy items such as luggage
• US work authorization
• Strong customer service skills
• Able to work outside in the sun/heat/weather
• Friendly, reliable, and able to work independently
