### What’s In It For You
* **₱35,000 base pay** + **uncapped commissions**

### What You’ll Do
* Make **200+ warm calls daily** (all leads provided)
* Sell **premium, high-ticket beauty & wellness products**
* ** Close deals and consistently hit performance targets**
* ** Train weekly, roleplay daily, and sharpen your skills**
### Non-Negotiables
* ⏰ **12 hours/day, 6 days/week** (structured breaks included)
* **Minimum earnings: ₱120,000/month** — performance required
* Full accountability — calls, dials, and results are tracked
* Discipline, resilience, and daily consistency

* Experience in **outbound sales / closing / BPO high-ticket campaigns**
* ** Strong communication skills — confident, persuasive, and clear**

* ** Able to work U.S. business hours (EST)**
* ** Reliable setup: Core i5 or better computer, noise-canceling headset, stable internet, backup connection**
