**Overview** **Mercy Medical Group (MMG)** is seeking an OB/GYN Physician to join our multi-specialty group in Folsom, CA. **Highlights** + Very competitive sign-on bonus of 125k or 100k loan repayment/85k sign on + Join an established group of OB/GYN Physicians + Call 1:6 + Incoming physician would be based out of Mercy Hospital of Folsom + In house OB hospitalist program available for OB back up call + Hospital does approximately 600-700 births/year + Level I nursery with support from the Level lll NICU at Mercy San Juan Medical Center + 50/50 mix of Obstetrics and Gynecology + Robotics available, though not required + Shareholder track, competitive compensation with bonus potential, desirable benefits + Option for additional income with hospitalist and back-up shifts at regional hospitals + Compensation Range: $350,000 - $355,000 / Year **Mercy Medical Group (MMG)** is a dynamic, growing organization with a long-standing history of providing exceptional medical care in the Sacramento area. MMG clinicians provide services to patients at Dignity Health Medical Foundation locations throughout Sacramento. Dignity Health is a part of **CommonSpirit Health®** , one of the nation's largest health systems dedicated to advancing health for all people. \#HEC **Responsibilities** + **Patient Care** : Diagnose and treat medical conditions; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans. + **Procedures:** Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures; provide pre-operative and post-operative care for patients. + **Communication** : Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; foster a collaborative approach. + **Documentation** : Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations. + **Team Collaboration** : Work with healthcare professionals and participate in interdisciplinary meetings. + **Quality Improvement** : Engage in quality assurance initiatives and analyze clinical outcomes for improvement. + **Compliance** : Adhere to ethical standards and stay informed about healthcare regulations. + **Continuous Learning** : Stay updated on medical advancements and participate in ongoing education and training. **Qualifications** + A valid and unrestricted California medical license + Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA) + Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program **Pay Range** $168.26 - $175.48 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
