What You'll Be Doing:
Build Powerful Partnerships: Identify, pursue, and close exciting new business opportunities by cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
Wow New Clients: Conduct engaging introductory meetings and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase your expertise.
Connect and Grow: Expand your network through social media, industry conferences, and direct outreach.
Collaborate and Deliver: Work closely with the operations team to finalize Statements of Work (SOWs) and deliver exceptional reports to clients.
Ensure Smooth Transitions: Oversee initial jobs with new clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and exceeding their service expectations.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
Extensive Mortgage Expertise: Minimum 10 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry or with a due diligence company, including at least 3 years in a client relations role.
Capital Markets Savvy: In-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry and capital markets, with experience in Mortgage Backed Securities (RMBS) and the due diligence process being a significant plus.
Established Network: Strong relationships with hedge funds, investment banks, servicers, and mortgage originators are highly valued.
Deep Understanding: A thorough understanding of RMBS and the mortgage due diligence process.
Networking and Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to network effectively, negotiate favorable deals, and provide exceptional consulting services.
Client-Centric Approach: Ability to analyze client needs and develop value-added solutions that exceed expectations.
A Bachelors Degree.
Previous Management experience.
