We're seeking a dynamic Mortgage Sales Manager to join a thriving team. In this 100% remote role, you'll be the driving force behind new business development, client acquisition, and operational oversight. What You'll Be Doing:

Forge Key Relationships: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities by building and nurturing strong client relationships.
Deliver Compelling Presentations: Conduct engaging introductory meetings and sales presentations to prospective clients.
Expand Your Network: Leverage social media, industry conferences, and direct outreach to build a robust professional network.
Collaborate on Solutions: Work closely with operations to finalize Statements of Work (SOWs) and reports for clients.
Ensure Seamless Transitions: Oversee initial jobs with new clients to ensure a smooth transition to the operations team.
What You'll Bring to the Table:

Extensive Mortgage Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the mortgage banking business or with a due diligence company, including at least 3 years in client relations.
Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry and capital markets.
RMBS and Due Diligence Knowledge: Deep understanding of Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS) and the mortgage due diligence process.
Established Network: Strong relationships with hedge funds, investment banks, servicers, and mortgage originators (preferred).
Networking and Negotiation Skills: Proven networking, negotiation, and consulting skills.
Client-Centric Approach: Ability to analyze client needs and design value-added solutions.
Leadership Ability: Previous management experience.
Education: Bachelors Degree.
