Job Description

Acara Solutions is seeking a Marketing Manager for our client, a supplier of fall protection and safety solutions in Rochester, NY (Occasional travel to Europe and other Manufacturer sites). 

As the Marketing Manager, you will drive lead generation, grow e-commerce sales, and boost brand awareness across digital and traditional channels. You'll work with leadership to execute strategy, manage a small team, and coordinate with vendors to hit performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute marketing plans 
• Increase leads and online revenue via PPC, SEO, social media, and trade shows
• Manage content creation (blogs, landing pages, product copy) and marketing campaigns
• Lead weekly planning and assign tasks to team members
• Oversee vendor relationships and report marketing spend
• Deliver monthly reports on leads, quotes, web traffic, and content
• Collaborate with leadership and finance to align strategy and budget

This role blends strategy, team management, and hands-on execution!

Position Type: Direct Placement 

Pay: $95,000-110,000K, DOE

Schedule:  M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM **100% Onsite

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• Minimum of a BS or equivalent in Online Marketing is required
• Minimum of 4 years managing digital marketing efforts is required
• Strong PPC and SEO experience
• WordPress experience required
• Comfortable with CMS platforms and has basic HTML knowledge
