We are currently seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will support our marketing team in executing campaigns, managing client materials, and contributing to brand strategies. This role is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for marketing and design.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns

  • Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials

  • Conduct market research and gather data to support strategic decisions

  • Prepare promotional materials and presentations

  • Monitor project timelines and maintain documentation

  • Help manage and maintain databases, client records, and marketing reports

  • Support event planning and brand-related initiatives

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
