· Collaborate with product teams to develop standardized procedures and documentation that ensure consistent, high-quality, and low-cost manufacturing.
· Provide technical support for capital equipment planning and implementation.
· Design and optimize manufacturing processes and tooling for both current production and new product launches.
· Lead APQP teams and continuous improvement initiatives using the Project Launch Guide and Production System
· Create and maintain accurate process documentation, work instructions, and cost standards.
· Accurately quote new parts and update existing customer quotes.
· Train operators on machine operations, SPC, document interpretation, and process improvement.
· Interpret technical drawings and apply GD&T principles.
· Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS).
Requirements:
· BS degree in Engineering or equivalent technical training with 5-10 years of experience.
· Proficiency in technical documentation, cost estimation, and manufacturing software systems.
· Ability to read and interpret complex technical documents and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
· Experience with APQP, GD&T, and lean manufacturing principles.
