Landscaping Production Assistant

Our landscapes are immaculate. From Louisburg to Liberty, Lee’s Summit to Lenexa, you’ll be in charge of ensuring the landscape installation team provides our customers with inviting and sustainable landscapes, while improving efficiencies, quality control through training and organization.

Our ideal candidate can:

• Supervise the morning load out, verify crews have all materials, supplies and equipment needed for their jobs that day
• Operate various types of power equipment: loaders, chainsaw, sod cutters, concrete saws, bed edgers and many others
• Deliver equipment and materials to jobsites as needed
• Maintain inventory of materials, equipment and supplies to endure uninterrupted production levels
• Demonstrate proper tree & shrub installation, have a good plant identification background, and strong design reading and bed layout skills
• Facilitate and pickup orders at vendors, along with maintain a clean and organized holding area for plants and materials
• Assist the sales and production team in jobsite quality control and report issues to the department manager
• Drive a large truck & trailer combo
• Maintain a clean driving record
• Commit to maintaining reliable attendance with good transportation
• Work on designated Saturdays

• Competitive pay $20-25 per hour
• 1.5x pay for snow removal hours
