Develop and plan import/export business processes, collect and analyze key industry data, and actively expand both domestic and international markets. Negotiate and sign major trade contracts, supervise their execution, and handle relevant business matters. Maintain communication and relationships with key clients, including regular follow-ups and relationship management. Manage trade department personnel, including performance evaluation, assessment, training, rewards, and disciplinary actions.
