Job Description

D.H. Griffin Contracting is currently seeking a qualified   Industrial Mechanic. Qualified applicants must be self-motivated and willing to put in the effort to be successful. Qualifications include but are not limited to:

Job Duties

• Must work well with coworkers and customers
• Safely operate all equipment and position for repair or maintenance tasks in industrial setting. 
• Assist lead Tech(s) in dismantling and reassembling equipment, using hoists and hand tools, pre-cleaning equipment, and preparing equipment for repair or maintenance.

• Assist co-workers, engaging in various facets of equipment upkeep and graphics applications.
• Responsible for tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• 2 years Industrial experience, preferred.
• Solid knowledge of industrial mechanic hand tools, 
• Basic understanding of simple industrial electrical systems.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 70lbs.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred.
