*Working with company's legal team, outside counsel, and other key stakeholders, manage various commercial- and employment-related litigation matters throughout the litigation lifecycle, to include new matter case intake, compliance with discovery obligations, internal case tracking and case file management, interactions with insurers on covered claims, settlements, and file closure. *Manage responses to demand letters, discovery requests, subpoenas, garnishment orders, domestic relations orders, warrants, civil investigative demands, and requests from governmental and law enforcement agencies. *Conduct and manage attorney-directed internal and fact investigations on matters involving legal risk to company $153,000 - $234,600
