**HIRING!!! 1st and 2nd Shift Assembler**
**Job Description**
Join a dynamic team as a medical device assembler where you will play a critical role in assembling and testing medical devices. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work with small parts under a microscope.
**Responsibilities**
+ Understand and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
+ Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System.
+ Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Project Engineer/Supervisor.
+ Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Essential Skills**
+ Microscope experience.
+ Small part assembly skills.
+ Strong communication skills.
+ Minimum of 6 months high-volume small part assembly experience with a microscope.
+ Ability to work with a microscope for 90% of the shift.
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in medical device assembly.
+ Cleanroom experience.
+ Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
+ Ability to work with hand tools.
+ Mechanical and electrical assembly skills.

**Work Environment**
Work in a cleanroom environment 100% of the time, where you will be stationed closely with your team. Flexibility is required, with shifts starting as early as 5:00am and willingness to work on Saturdays when needed.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.00/hr.
