About the Role
As a Remote Healthcare Member Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for members, assisting them with inquiries related to benefits, billing, eligibility, and more. You'll play a key role in delivering outstanding support while using the latest technology to ensure a seamless member experience—all from the comfort of your home!
Location Requirement: This is a fully remote position, but you must reside within a 1-hour radius of 7901 E. Lowry Blvd, Denver, CO 80230.

Compensation:
During Training: $21.63/hour
After Training: $22.66/hour
Training & Work Schedule
Training Schedule (12 weeks):
Shifts fluctuate between Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM MST or 11:30 AM-8:00 PM MST
✅ After completing training, you will be assigned a set schedule, with occasional adjustments based on call volume.
Post-Training Schedule:
Must be available to work weekends
Shifts range between 7:00 AM-9:30 PM MST (Monday-Sunday)
You will always have two consecutive days off during the week
What You'll Do
Handle a high volume of inbound calls while delivering top-notch customer service
Assist members with benefit questions, eligibility inquiries, billing concerns, ID card requests, and payment processing
Update patient profiles and demographic information with accuracy and attention to detail
Navigate multiple systems efficiently using dual-screen technology
Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
What We're Looking For
✔️ 6+ months of call center experience (or 2+ years of customer service experience)
✔️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔️ Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
✔️ Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
✔️ Healthcare knowledge is a plus but not required
