D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for an Division Human Resources Coordinator . The right candidate will perform handles all aspects of Human Resources including guiding employees through the onboarding process and serving as liaison between corporate and the division.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
Three to five years related experience and/or training
Ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency with MS Office and email
Previous experience with ATS and HRIS platforms required, Taleo and/or PeopleSoft preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Schedule - In office, Monday - Friday
