We are seeking an experienced Of Counsel attorney to expand our practice in estate planning, probate, conservatorships, and related matters .

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in estate planning, probate administration, conservatorships/guardianships, and trust work.
• Tennessee Bar admission in good standing.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively with a team.
• A client-focused approach with good judgment and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on estate planning strategies, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
• Handle probate and trust administration, as well as contested estate and conservatorship matters.
• Counsel families on guardianships, conservatorships, and fiduciary obligations.
• Collaborate with our family law team where practice areas intersect.
• Contribute to building and leading the firm’s estate planning and probate practice area.
