About the Role
A highly regarded law firm located in downtown Orlando is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to support its Corporate, Tax, and M&A practice. This hybrid role offers 1–2 days per week work-from-home flexibility after onboarding and is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
Form and organize corporations, LLCs, and nonprofit entities
Draft and file corporate regulatory documents; manage corporate records and dissolutions
Maintain corporate governance documents, including resolutions and annual reports
Support mergers and acquisitions by drafting ancillary documents and assembling closing binders
Conduct legal research and draft internal memoranda
Accurately track and submit billable time and expenses
Assist in onboarding and training for new legal team members
Perform other billable and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a transactional or corporate paralegal (required)
Experience in Corporate, Tax, or M&A legal practice preferred
Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification preferred
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing projects from start to finish
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and PDF tools
Experience with legal document management systems and timekeeping software (iManage a plus)
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Primarily in-office in Orlando with hybrid flexibility (1–2 remote days/week) after successful onboarding
Must be able to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods
Occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
