What you'll do as a Coordinator Human Resources: Assist the human resources team with screening entry level position candidates and setting interviews for hiring managers. Follow up on the candidate pre-employment process to ensure timely completion of the process pre-hire. Data entry and file uploads. Update weekly reports. Assist with driver file compliance; following up on collection of required documents, and updating weekly reporting. Updating and assisting with various human resource programs. Assist with benefits open enrollment. What you'll need To be 18 years of age or older. Authorization to work in the United States for this company. 1-3 years experience in HR support, administrative, or related work. Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking. Bilingual a plus. Strong organizational skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Proficient in Google Workspace. Knowledge of Smartsheets. Professional, respectful and customer service mindset. Strong communication skills; written, and verbal. Team-oriented. Problem solving ability and adaptability. Physical abilities & exposures Routinely: stand, crouch, sit, bend, and use hands and fingers, as well as reaching with hands and arms, both high and low, lift or move up to fifty pounds in a shift.
