- Certification from a vocational school or completion of an apprenticeship program in collision repair.
- Proven experience as a Collision Repair Technician or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of collision repair processes, equipment, and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with colleagues and clients effectively.
- Physical stamina and dexterity necessary for handling the demands of the job.
