Job Title: Data Business Analyst

Are you passionate about turning data into decisions? We’re looking for a Data Business Analyst who can dig into the numbers, uncover trends, and turn insights into real business impact.

In this role, you'll collaborate with teams across the organization to understand their needs, analyze data from various sources, and create reports and dashboards that support smarter, faster decision-making. You'll also help improve data quality and promote a culture of analytics.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
• Build reports, dashboards, and visualizations that clearly communicate insights
• Work with departments to understand goals and translate them into data needs
• Ensure data is accurate, consistent, and reliable
• Support projects that use data to improve performance and outcomes
• Help develop and improve reporting processes and data tools

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in data or business analysis
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, R, or related software.
• Experience with business intelligence platforms like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain data clearly
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working with cross-functional teams
