Experienced BCBA Needed in the Lowcountry for the 2025-2026 School Year! Start Date: ASAP (Estimated: November 3, 2025) Contract Length: Remainder of the 2025-2026 School Year (25 Weeks) Schedule: Full-Time, In-Person | Monday-Friday | 37.5-40 Hours/Week Pay: Competitive Weekly Pay Position Overview: Amergis Educational Staffing Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Lowcountry region. This role supports multiple school sites within Charleston County School District, providing supervision to approximately 10 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The BCBA will float between locations as needed to ensure quality behavioral services and compliance. Key Responsibilities: + Conduct behavioral evaluations and develop/implement intervention plans + Provide consultation and training to school staff + Supervise RBTs and ensure fidelity of behavioral service delivery + Collaborate with educators and administrators to support student success Minimum Requirements: + Active BCBA Certification (BACB) + BCBA Certification or screenshot of active cert from state site + Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field + At least 1 year of school-based experience preferred + CPR Certification (if applicable) Why Join Us?
