Job Description

Seeking a Bank Branch Manager. You will oversee the daily operations of a full-service bank branch, lead a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities:
• Manage branch staff: hiring, training, coaching, and scheduling
• Drive branch growth through sales promotions and customer relationship building
• Monitor branch performance and ensure compliance with policies and banking regulations
• Resolve client issues and oversee complex transactions
• Maintain audit readiness and operational excellence
• Represent the bank in the local business community

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of branch management experience (7+ years in a branch environment)
• Proven success in business development and deposit growth
• Strong leadership, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of banking operations, compliance, and consumer/business account management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Notary Public and community involvement preferred
