Description Robert Half's client in Martinez, CA is looking for someone to help with a project. We are looking for someone to archive and create an organized system for many different kinds of documents. This system should be easy for anyone to access and find all documents. This position requires someone who has organized records and documents whether they are physical, digital, or even multimedia. This position requires an individual with keen attention to detail, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of archival methodologies. Cataloging and Indexing: Systematically organize archival materials, creating detailed inventories and databases for streamlined retrieval of records by users Evaluate materials for inclusion into the archive based on historical significance, relevance, and value Digital Transformation: Collaborate on digitization projects for preservation and enhanced accessibility. Create an index for future access by all employees. Technical Skills: Proficiency in software and database management systems. Knowledge of digitization tools and techniques. Core Competencies: Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
