The Analyst II, Finance is responsible for accounting, performing financial reporting, and completing analysis of assigned business units. This role will partner with business unit managers and the finance team to prepare and review operating budgets, forecasts, monthly financials, and performance analysis. This may include, but is not limited to monthly journal entries, reconciliations, income and expense analysis, loan and deposit review, business unit and regulatory reporting, and ad-hoc analysis requests. This position is part of the Business Segment Finance team. As part of the Business Segment Finance team, this position will work closely with the business line managers and be actively involved in day-to-day finance activities and other ad hoc analysis projects focused on driving profitability and focused on actioning data.
About This Role The successful candidate is a self-starter who can design, plan, and execute on preparing reports ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable financial reporting. Compensation Compensation range (base pay): $62,047.00-$102,377.00 This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level. Work Environment It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week.
