Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider Supervisor for the North and South County Urgent Cares!

Job Details

• Full-time position: 50% clinical, 50% administrative
• Flexibility to create a schedule that meets your needs!
• Supervising Urgent Care RNs
• Oversees Urgent Care operations including productivity tracking, document management, and policy approval.
• Serves as clinical point of contact for staff and external departments (lab, pharmacy, Epic specialists).
• Maintains staff competencies and communication, ensuring everyone is updated on workflows and best practices.
• Manages Epic tools and templates to optimize scheduling, provider efficiency, and department throughput.
• Leads urgent care staff meetings
• Participation in recruitment for urgent care staff
• Potential to assist with expansion of urgent care services

Your Qualifications

• Current employee of SSM Health
• Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
• Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in Missouri
• At least 2 years of provider experience; Emergency Department and Urgent Care experience highly preferred
