Private car
Our courses include automatic of private car.
The Transport Department suggests at least 30 hours driving lessons should be taken by a beginner. This recommendation is not mandatory. You can arrange your training and course frequency based on your actual situation. Generally about 15-20 course sessions (each session is 1.5 hours) of practice are needed.
Exam Car
We use the latest Toyota hybrid car models such as Prius C and Honda Jazz for teaching lessons. These vehicles have a moderate size and length that make it easier to parallel park and three point turn in tight spaces. In addition, they are easy to handle, which greatly helps with learning to drive and passing the driving test.
Exam
- Part A: Written test
- Part B: Reverse/ parallel parking, U-turn, hill start & stop
- Part C: Road test
If you fail either part B or C, you can apply for that part only in your repeater test.

Important notes
- You must be aged 18 years old or above.
- A private car driver's license issued by the Transport Department permits the holder to drive private cars only.

- According to the Transport Department, you have to provide the original or a copy of your proof of address issued within the last three months when submitting a licensing application. (Bills or invoices issued by utility companies: water, electricity, towngas, mobile phone suppliers or bank statements.)
